I find street lamps fascinating. With or without reason, to the left is today's selection.
Somehow, the photos got jumbled up, but I'll do my best to write a little caption in order. From the top: Varna, Venice, Padua, Verona, Barcelona, Treviso, St. Petersburg, Bratislava, Vienna, Milano, Florence, Alicante, Paris, Bologna, back to Venice and Padua. The last one is of South beach, Boston on July morning, 2007 :)

"Russian Mary
2-3 splashes of Tabasco Sauce
1 1/2 ounces vodka
1 ounce plain yogurt
1 teaspoon grated onion
fresh pepper
sprig of parsley
Combine in rocks glass, add ice, stir well. Garnish with parsley"
Now we know another drink pickles go well with.
